     Clemens Building Company, in conjunction with our management team of Global Management and Construction, Inc., has provided Preconstruction consulting and Construction Management services across the United States for our aviation industry clients since 2005. Projects have included Passenger Gate area expansions, Ground to Air Communication Centers, Passenger Service Center Upgrades, Terminal Area Improvements and Expansions and Airline Ticket Operations area renovations and New Passenger Terminal development.  Our team has industry leading experience in the delivery of sophisticated/complex airline and airport operated terminal and aircraft maintenance facilities from preconstruction to construction completion and activation.

Airports served have included Tampa International, George Bush Intercontinental (Houston, TX) and  Salt Lake City.
