Clemens Building Company has served as Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC delivery methods) for multiple private clients in the Ashtabula and Lake County areas both on our properties/lots and those presented by our clients.  These homes have ranged in sizes from 2,000 sq. Ft to 6,000 sq. ft with an abundance of design driven features and amenities. Airports served have included Tampa International, George Bush Intercontinental
